On 31st October 2024, the first discussion meeting on the formation process of Siddheshwari Society organization was held at 47 Siddheshwari Road, 'Neptune Heights' Apartment, in which all agreed to form the society.
Today, November 23, 2024, a meeting was organized with the residents of Siddheswari at 'Neptune Heights', 47, Siddheswari Road. At the meeting, everyone present gave their opinions on various issues in the area, and with the consent of everyone, a committee of 'Siddheswari Society' was formed.
The first meeting of the executive committee of Siddheshwari Society was held on 26th November at 'Neptune Heights', 47, Siddheshwari Road. Today's decisions: 1. Establish a well-equipped office for the society. 2. Make a signboard for the office. 3. Make a banner with the office logo. 4. Finalize the organizational structure. 5. Re-establish the old gates to protect the security of the area. 6. Make the president and secretary of each housing in the area members of the society. Everyone agreed to implement the above decisions immediately. The next meeting was scheduled for 6 pm on Monday, 2/12/24, in the meeting room of 46 Siddheshwari Eastern Flower Housing. On 23.12.2024, at the initiative of Siddheshwari Society Organization at 'Neptune Heights', 47 Siddheshwari Road, a meeting of the Executive Committee was organized on 28 December at 11 am with the Additional Police Commissioner and senior police officers of Ramna area to prepare for the opinion exchange meeting of the locals. The meeting was presided over by the President of the Society, Mr. Shahadat Hossain. In the meeting, some decisions were taken based on the opinions of everyone on how to make the program on 28 December a success. Everyone agreed to make the program on 28 December a success in any way.
On April 3, 2025 at 8:30 pm, a discussion meeting and Eid reunion was organized by the Siddheshwari Society organization. In the meeting, the following problems of the area were discussed and their solutions were discussed in detail. The problems are as follows:
1. Eviction of excess hawkers.
2. Eviction of hawkers on the road from Kalimandir to Anarkali Market and from Anarkali Market to Mouchak Market.
3. Stop banners, festoons, and wall writing in the area.
4. Clean the drain lines of the entire area.
5. Fix the broken slabs in the area.
6. Replace the security gates.
7. Put security guards.
8. Stop parking everywhere.
9. Dish cable and internet cable should be raised above the road.
10. Conduct a cleanliness drive.
11. Clean the road every day.
12. Fix the rules of the residential hostels in the area.
On 04.05.2025, an emergency meeting was held at 'Eastern Flower', 46 Siddheswari Road, at the initiative of Siddheswari Society. In the meeting, it was decided to organize a discussion meeting with the residents of the area on 17.05.2025 at 5 pm in the hall room of Eastern Flower Apartment. Siddheswari Yuva Sangha, an associate organization of Siddheswari Society, was given the responsibility to widely publicize this in the entire area. The society's website was discussed in detail. In addition, security in the area, illegal parking, and how to control hawkers were discussed in detail. After the discussion, the Honorable President declared the meeting over and thanked all those who attended at one day's notice.
